Fun with LOLs

Kale had been LOL'd. He didn't know it, because he never heard of it. And it was a very subtle thing anyway. Just a switch of perspective, really, from light to dark.

As he reentered Revan's house from the Nexus, he looked around thoughtfully. Training lightsabers. Now, where would those be? Without a care for privacy, he systematically searched the house, taking note of useful things around.

The lightsabers were found, eventually. Flipping them around (off obviously) he made his way down to the basement. He flopped down on the bed and picked through the data pads around as he studied the star map.

The route to the Sith Temple didn't look too difficult. Especially if he found the right portal in the Nexus. As for a ship, he could always steal Tobias'. Shouldn't be too hard to pilot.

Though, he's going to wait for Tobias first and have some fun.

He doesn't want to get into a fight strictly because he doesn't want to accidentally hurt Kale. But if he has to, he will.

"Where?"

So, hopefully, it won't come down to a fight, if only for Kale's sake.

"What business is it of yours?"

He crosses his arms over his chest.

"It's my business because I'm your teacher and I'm concerned."

Kale steps to the side, moving to go past him.

"You keep doing that."

And he makes for the stairs!

Tobias reaches out and grabs Kale's arm, looking at him.

"I don't want you doing something stupid." A pause. "Like stealing the Admiral's starship and running off to Dromund Kaas."

His face goes blank for a moment. He shrugs and tugs his arm out of Tobias' grasp.

And then bolts up the stairs.

Well, hell. Tobias opens a comlink to Bao, who's toodling around in the Nexus at large. "Bao, please lock all of the consoles in the admiral's ship. And if you see Kale, you might want to come back to the house ASAP."

After that, he starts the tedious business of getting back up the stairs. Though he finally gets tired of the lack of speed and acrobats his way to the top of the stairs, using just his hands and his good leg.

Kale does make it to the ship. And damn it all to hell. It's locked. Well all right. He tries and open it up.

Unfortunately the typical Sith paranoia led Revan, the man with the magic slicing fingers, to program Bao to lock it well enough that he'd have trouble with it.

Well, shit. After cursing a lot, Kale sits on the top of the ship trying to figure out a way in... or some other way out.

Tobias eventually catches up at looks at the Kale sitting on top of his ship. "I thought you'd come here."

The Kale on the Ship looks half way pissed enough to through some lightening Tobias' way. But he doesn't because, once again, he knows he'll lose.

"Did the Force tell you that?"

Tobias notices that look, and half-way wishes Kale would just go ahead and try. He shrugs.

"That and the first time we met you oogled the Admiral's ship."

Kale is LOL'd into a personality flip not a stupidity flip. He's not an idiot. Though he might be goaded into it.

"Well, it's a nice ship."

This is true. But Tobias isn't the kind to taunt.

"Mm. She's fast. That's why the Admiral let me have her until I bring Revan back."

"Fast is good. I like fast."

He's watching Tobias warily, wondering what his teacher is going to do.

"Which is why you're not getting into her."

He's going to stand and squint up at Kale with his head tilted, that's what he's going to do.

"I'll just have to get another ship then. Should be some around here."

Oh noes! Not the scary squint!

"So you can do something you'll end up regretting later?"

And the headtilt of doom! It's a lethal comination, y'know.

"Regret later? What could I possible regret later?"

Oh yes, quite the lethal combination. Still Kale rallies!

"Aside from walking into the Sith's open arms?" He shakes his head.

"Not that I'm the kind to lecture, but being a Sith is basically just a game of waiting for one of your subordinates to kill you."

"I've no intention of being a Sith." Kale said, scowling.

"Run off to Dromund half-cocked, and it'll happen, intentions or no."

"I am not running off to Dromund half cocked." And he gets that look of I really want to shoot lightening at you, again.

"Oh? Then what are you planning on doing?" He raises his eyebrows, with a look that screams 'go ahead and try me'.
