The armor's slipped on and he's off on his swoop, neural disruption collar in hand, before he even realizes it. He doesn't even think of his destination until he arrives, though doesn't seem particularly put-out by it. He will break down the door and fight every Delvar in the Nexus if that's what it takes, he is dragging Zhin-Ja out of here to pay for what he's done.
But he'll try knocking on the door first. He's a Dark Lord of the Sith, not rude.
